Agent Skill Catalog
A reference list of the specialist roles and skill bundles you can give the agents on your Org's team, including design, engineering, and business-analysis capabilities.
This page lists the specialist roles and skill bundles available when you staff an Org. Consult it when you are deciding who to add to your team or which capabilities to equip an agent with, before or after you've created the Org in Foundry.
Specialist Roles
The Specialist Library holds a curated set of ready-made roles you can add to your team with one click. Each role comes with its own persona bundle, an assigned character and area of expertise, so the agent behaves like a specialist in that field rather than a generic assistant. The library currently offers 56 specialist roles organized into 10 categories, including Design and Engineering.
When you find a role you want on your team, add it directly to your active Org draft and it appears in your team roster.
Skill Bundles
Beyond a role's persona, an agent can be equipped with skill bundles: packaged sets of skills that give it concrete capabilities to run, such as producing a document, drafting outreach, or running an audit. Skill bundles are grouped into collections, and one collection is domain-specific rather than general-purpose.
A general knowledge-work skill collection covering a wide range of verticals
A financial services skill bundle, with agents and bundles built specifically for financial services work
A general-purpose skills collection for common business tasks
A marketing skills collection focused on marketing execution
Business and Analysis Skills
A dedicated set of business skills lets an agent produce serious work artifacts such as strategy documents, plans, and reports. These are the skills to reach for when you need an agent to think through and document a business problem rather than execute a task.
